By using Garderoba you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

Garderoba helps you organise your wardrobe and generates AI-assisted outfit suggestions and virtual try-on previews. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to upload it.

AI-generated content

Outfit suggestions, plans, and try-on images are generated by AI and are provided for inspiration only. They may be inaccurate or unrealistic. Garderoba makes no guarantee about fit, appearance, or suitability.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, content you don't have rights to, or images of other people without their consent.

Subscriptions, credits & billing

• Garderoba offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Lite, Standard, Pro) and one-time credit packs. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically at the same price each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
• Credits are used for AI actions, do not expire, have no cash value, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

Account & termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. On deletion your data is kept for a 30-day grace window (so you can restore it) and then permanently erased. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KraftApps Ltd is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Garderoba and KraftApps Ltd are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
