Delete your account

Garderoba - KraftApps Ltd

This page explains how to delete your account in Lookstage: AI Photo Studio (also called Garderoba), the app published by KraftApps Ltd on the App Store and Google Play.

In the app

1. Open Lookstage and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The steps are the same on iPhone and Android.

Without the app

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, tell us the name on the account and the date you signed up.

Delete some of your data, keep the account

You can delete single items in the app at any time, without deleting the account:

• a clothing item: open it in the Wardrobe tab and tap Delete;
• an outfit or a generated result: open it and tap Delete;
• your profile photo: Profile, then Settings, then change or remove the photo.

A deleted clothing item and its photo leave our servers at once. A deleted outfit first goes to Recently deleted, where you can restore it or delete it for good. To delete other data, for example your activity events, email [email protected] and say what to delete. We do it within 30 days.

What we delete, and when

The account is deactivated at once. For 30 days you can restore it by signing back in. After 30 days we permanently erase:

• your name, email address and sign-in identifiers;
• all photos you uploaded (profile, clothing, inspiration) and all generated results;
• your wardrobe, outfits, plans, wishlist and profile details;
• your credit balance, credit history and in-app activity events.

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Apple and Google keep their own records of your payments under their policies.
