Garderoba ("the app") is a personal wardrobe and styling assistant operated by KraftApps Ltd ("we", the data controller). This policy explains what personal data we process, why, the legal basis, and your rights under the GDPR.

What we collect

• Account — your name (or alias) and email address.
• Photos — photos of your clothing and an optional full-body photo of yourself that you choose to upload. A full-body photo may show your face and body; you control whether to provide it and can remove it anytime.
• Profile — optional details you enter (height, typical size, body type, style preferences).
• Purchases — subscription/credit status (payments are handled by Apple; we never receive your card details).
• Location — only if you allow it, used to show weather-based suggestions. Not stored long-term.
• Technical/diagnostics — basic data needed to operate the service and, if enabled, anonymous crash reports.

Why we process it & legal basis

• To provide your account and store/organise your wardrobe — performance of a contract.
• To generate outfit suggestions, plans and virtual try-on previews from your photos — your explicit consent, given when you upload a photo. You can withdraw it anytime by deleting the photo or your account.
• Weather/location and optional notifications — your consent.
• Security, fraud prevention and diagnostics — our legitimate interests.

AI processing & sub-processors

To generate suggestions and try-on images, your photos and profile details are sent to processors acting on our behalf:

• OpenRouter — routes requests to AI model providers (Anthropic, Google).
• Apple — account/app distribution and payments.
• Sentry — crash diagnostics (when enabled).

Your images are used only to produce the results you request and are not used to train models by us.

International transfers

Some processors are located in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Storage & retention

Your data is stored on our servers while your account exists. When you delete your account it is deactivated immediately and your data is kept for a 30-day grace window (so you can restore it by signing back in); after that it is permanently erased, including all uploaded images.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can: access and export your data (Settings), rectify it (edit your profile), erase it (Settings → Delete account), restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Exercising your rights

Most rights are self-service in the app (export, edit, delete). For anything else, email us and we will respond within 30 days, free of charge.

Automated processing

We use AI to generate styling suggestions and try-on previews. These are inspirational and produce no legal or similarly significant effects about you; we do not use your data for profiling that produces such effects.

Age

Garderoba is not intended for anyone under 16. By using it you confirm you are at least 16 years old.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors above, strictly to deliver the features you request.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
